    　Bemap Inc. provides software and services that facilitate content supplies for various mobile devices. Accordingly, BeMap is fully aware of privacy of personal information and therefore is undertaking the following measures below:

    • When handling personal information, BeMap assigns an administrator in charge that appropriately deals with the issues concerned.

      BeMap will accumulate, use, and provide personal information based on size and content of a business that will not go beyond its needs to accomplish its objectives and will take appropriate measures to assure this.

      We strictly follow laws regarding personal information and other requirements that are not included in the state law. For this, we operate privacy protection management system based on industrial standard of Japan (requirement of personal information protection system) JIS Q15001:2006.

      BeMap does not provide personal information to a third party unless when one agrees to, or unless when it is by law or by regulation of a listed stock exchange to do so.

      When entrusting personal information, in whole or in part, BeMap chooses one who has accomplished an adequate level of ability to protect it, and takes appropriate measures to assure its protection by contracts and such.

      BeMap will take measures to prevent leakage, loss and damage of personal information.

      BeMap does whatever it can about complaints and consultation of personal information treatment. And, Bemap accepts requests for notification of usage purpose, disclosure, amendments, adding or removing, and usage or suspension of usage of personal information it has, made by the person subjected to the personal information. Please contact our consultation/complaints office regarding the process for requesting disclosure and others mentioned above.
