    　Thank you for using “J-TALK Travel” interpretation service provided by BeMap.
    “J-TALK Travel” is provided by the Japanese incorporate (BeMap Inc.). Please agree on the terms and conditions in order to use “J-TALK Travel”.

    1. Services

    “J-TALK Travel” is an interpretation service via Tablets. Internet connection will be important to use the service.

    Working hours and the languages provided can be found on the official website.

    2. Quality

    “J-TALK Travel” offers general interpretation services, and doesn’t provide specified interpretation (ex: medical and business terms).

    Translators receive translation training by BeMap for the best of interpretation/translation service “J-TALK Travel” provides. However there is always possibility that the translator might not use the correct expression.

    J-Talk cannot guarantee the 100% correct Japanese to foreign language or vice versa of interpretation service.

    The maximum limit of the call is 10 minutes, after the 10 minutes the call will be dropped. Also the minute allowance per week is 120 minutes, however you can always apply for extra 120 minutes in case you finished your allowance.

    Please put the time difference into consideration because “J-TALK Travel” service is provided in Japan time (UTC+9).

    As “J-TALK Travel” is an oral interpretation services the bellow cases are prohibited.

    Interpreting work related, negotiation, sightseeing, contracts, claim related, etc.

    Job elated confidential, high technology explanation, law related interpretation.

    Interpretation for work that is related to lives, requires non-stop service.

    Documents that contains confidential information related to a certain company.

    Interpreting illegal topics according to Japan law.

    Interpretation of Inappropriate expressions and high level expressions.

    Interpretation of any topic that threaten the safety of BeMAP and the translator.

    Unsuitable interpretations for BeMap and others.

    3. Warranty

    You can contact us after you finish your call if you had any problems with the interpretation service.

    J-TALK might not be able to provide the interpretations service due to connection problems.

    The below cases are out of warranty.

    In case of Prohibited usage cases.

    In case the used equipment is apart from that has been mentioned by Bemap, or using an equipment with non-operation guarantee.

    The inexpediency caused by the content of the interpretation.

    Services that BeMap doesn’t cover, and others.

    J-TALK Travel guarantee the service within Japan, if you are going to use the service outside Japan using internet with a higher speed than 10Mbps is important.

    4. Contract

    Applying for J-TALK Travel service will be through the website and a user ID and password will be sent to the customer, these are the procedures to have a contract.

    In case of any of the below reasons the contract will be rejected by BeMap.

    In case the service is used for any prohibited usage BeMap.

    In case has been confirmed any relation to antisocial forces.

    In case of any uncovered payments exist.

    In case of obscenity (sexual content etc..) or any inappropriate action.

    In case BeMap decided that they can’t go further with the application for any other reason.

    The service will be available to be used within the decided period. Once the service is purchased the customer can not extend the period or cancel it.

    5. Payments

    The referred amount will be paid in the payment methods that are available in BeMap.

    No refunds under any circumstances, in case the customer mistaken the dates or for any reason that is by the customer, the paid amount will not be refunded.

    6. Usage period

    The customer can use the service within the pre-determined period, and it will be stopped right after this period.

    7. Prohibited actions

    The below cases are prohibited.

    Use the service to ask about personal information, or start a sexual conversation.

    To ask for English conversation partner, or ask about personal information, or club activities or any content apart from the main reason of the call.

    Play a video that is not related to the interpretation or nude videos.

    Criticizing countries, demonstration activities, terrorism topics.

    Use the service for a travel to a country that doesn’t have diplomatic relations with Japan.

    More than one person use the service or rent it.

    Insist to receive the service and try to exceed the 10 minutes behavior.

    Any other that BeMap decides that it is prohibited.

    J-TALK is a registered trademark in Japan. Can’t be used without permission.

    8. Legal applicability

    According to Japan law the topic is decided to be wither it is legally acceptable or no. even if it is a legally acceptable topic in your country we can’t go further with the translation service according to Japan regulations.

    The above will be applied even in the customers country, and the interpreter has the authority to decide if the topic is legally acceptable or no and act accordingly.

    9. Terms and conditions

    It is important to read and accept the terms and conditions.

    In case a legal problem with BeMap is settled, the judgment will occur in Tokyo district court.

    BeMap might set updates without previous notice.

    BeMap will update the website with the latest terms and conditions (http://www.j-talk.tokyo/). Also the users will be notified via the application with the updates, in case there is difference between the Japanese version and the translated versions. The Japanese version is the version will be judged.

    　

    (Accessory Contract)

    　VQS Collaboration Client Software, developed by Osamu Envision Technology, is included in J-Talk that Bemap provides. Therefore, Customers using J-Talk need to agree to Use of the Software and License proposed by Osamu Envision Technology Inc.
